“Las Carolinas”‘ dining room is located at ground floor of the building. It opened it’s doors in 2004, At that time, the “Accommodation and School” “Las Carolinas” began to offer the “Integral Management and Practical Business Hotel Management Course” at the training center.
Our restaurant only opens as a complement to the practices aimed at students who are part of the course and have no service on holidays, Christmas, Easter or summer, which means, we only open in school period.
The service is carried out at noon, from Monday to Friday, offering for daily menus (Traditional Menu, Healthy Menu, R & D Menu, Fusion Cooking Menu) being able to choose one or make your own. All menus are composed of an appetizer, a first course, a second course and dessert, include water/house wine, bread and coffee and its price is € 22 with VAT included.
As for the schedules, Guests’ intake takes place from 13:30 to 15:30
We only work with a previous reservation.
